Realme New Phone Launch, Realme has launched its Realme 5i in India and the price of Realme 5i starts from Rs 8,999. The company has confirmed that the old Realme 5 will be discontinued.

The latest Realme 5i is similar to the old Realme 5 with both sharing similar features. The smartphone gets a massive display and has a quad rear cameras. The phone houses a 5,000mAh battery and will go on sale on Flipkart.

Realme 5i will be available in 2 color options, Forest Green and Aqua Blue.

It comes will a massive 6.52 inch IPS LCD display which has an aspect ratio of 20:9. The phone has a waterdrop-style notched display and operates at HD+ (720 x 1600 pixels) resolution.

5i is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 665 AIE chipset and is available with 4GB of Ram and internal storage upto 64GB. The internal storage of the phone can also be expanded. Notch the the new Realme 5i is 39% smaller than the old model.

At the front, the phone houses an 8 MP selfie camera with 4 cameras at the back. The 4 cameras at the back are 12-megapixel main lens, an 8-megapixel ultrawide shooter and a 2-megapixel macro lens another 2-megapixel depth sensor.

The phone comes with Android 9 Pie OS along with ColorOS 6.1 UI and company has said that they will soon bring the Realme UI.

Charging support is 10W. Realme 5i has 4G VoLTE, dual SIM support, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, GPS, Bluetooth, micro-USB and 3.5mm audio jack as connectivity options. At the back is a fingerprint sensor for biometric authentication.
